Its price starts at Rs 1.15 Lakh(Delhi Ex-showroom). It is available in two variants Urbane and Premium. And Its top variant price is starting from Rs. 1,39,316.
This electric scooter generates 3800 W power from its motor. The premium model has front disc brakes while the Urban model has front drum brakes.
Its design is inspired by an old chetak scooter. It has a metal body, it also has smartphone connectivity. It has a fully digital LCD unit with a headlamp and turns signals. You can check your scooter’s location, charging status, and remaining range using your smartphone.
Chetak offers a claimed range of 95 km in Eco mode while 85 km in Sport Mode. You can chart 25% with a 5A power socket in just 1 hour.
Initially, it was launched for Delhi, Pune, and Bengaluru but now Bajaj Chetal extended its network to reach the people. Now we can buy it in more than 20 cities in India. In 2022 Chetak extends 12 more cities like Visakhapatnam, Nashik, Vasai, Kochi, Kozhikode, Hubli, Coimbatore, Madurai, Surat, and Mapusa.
